初の朝クラスでした Taught My First Morning Class

無事に大野城朝クラスから戻りました。

初ということで、生徒さんはお一人でしたが、
最近平日はお忙しくて来られなかった当初からの生徒さんで、
懐かしくてうれしくて、ついつい話が止まらなくなりそうでした。（笑）

ここ最近は、
生徒さんが集まらずキャンセルになるクラスもあって、
さすがに凹み気味だったんですが、
今日のクラスで元気になれました。

前も書いたかもしれませんが、
ヨガを教えることで、
私は癒やされているんだと思います。
生徒さんにクンダリーニヨガの素晴らしさを体感していただくだけではなく、
先生自身が癒やされるなんて、ホントいい時間を過ごさせていただいてます。

来てくださる生徒の皆様、本当にありがとうございます。


それにしても、朝のクラスというのは、やっぱりいいですね。
前に、博多区の朝のクラスもよかったですが、
いつもの大野城で朝というのは、自然光で明るく、また違う雰囲気でいい感じ。
私個人としては、朝クラスお気に入りです。

お試しな感じで隔週日曜と言ってましたが、このまま固定していくことにしました。
ということで、次回の大野城朝クラスは3/29(日)9:15am～です。
（ちなみに、大野城夜クラスは、3/18(水)7:15pm～です）

また他の地域で、朝ヨガやりたいという方、
お近くの施設で、朝クラスで利用できそうなところを紹介くださいませ～。


I got home after teaching my first morning class.

There was only a participant in today's class; however, I was happy to see the student who couldn't come to my Wed regular class due to his busyness.

Some class cancellation of my previous classes slightly disappointed me, but today's class refreshed me mentally and physically.
I'm sure that teaching yoga actually heals and refreshes me as a Kundalini Yoga teacher and yogini. I'm blessed with this precious time & space not only to share the wonderful yoga with students but also to be healed by that.

I can't thank all students in my classes enough.


As for classes in the morning...
I love morning yoga class as a teacher or student!
I have taught in the morning in another area (Hakata area) before and loved it.
But because my Onojo class was normally held at night, a class with natural daytime light in the same room brought completely different atmosphere to my teaching.

I feel like holding more morning classes here or anywhere I am called.
If you are interested in joining but live in another area, please let me know if there is anywhere (around you) I can use for class in the morning.

Next morning class will be on Mar 29 Sun from 9:15am in Onojo.
Just in case, my regular Onojo class is coming Wed, Mar 18 from 7:15pm.
